At Glamnetic, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on most items in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, used lashes and adhesives are generally non-returnable, but our support team is always here to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the return shipping label clearly on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
